You will lead, inspire and develop your Mamas & Papas concession team of 8 to create magical moments for the new and expectant parents in Ipswich and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding customer experience in a high‑volume retail environment.
* Lead, motivate and develop a team of 8 store staff.
* Achieve sales targets and manage inventory, cost control and loss prevention.
* Maintain visual merchandising and brand standards.
* Plan and execute marketing initiatives, events and promotions.
* Report on performance metrics and provide insights to senior management.
