Are you a highly organised and detail-focused administrator with previous office experience?
We are looking for a proactive and reliable Administrator to join our busy finance and processing team in Thame.
Reporting to the Transaction Processing Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our finance function.
What you will be doing….
* Daily bank and cashbook reconciliations
* Accurately entering supplier invoices in line with company procedures
* Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
* Liaising with procurement to respond to supplier enquiries
* Processing weekly BACS runs and ad hoc payments
* Chasing overdue customer payments and issuing monthly statements
* Managing the finance inbox
* Filing and scanning invoices
* Supporting month-end processes and working to deadlines
* Providing general administrative support to the team
Qualifications

* Previous office experience
* Computer literate and has confidence learning new systems
* Strong attention to detail
* Confident, professional communication skills
* A team player who is proactive and self-motivated
* The ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
