We are looking for qualified Enablement Support workers with a NVQ level 2 in health and social care to work within the Bradford Enablement Support Team and Extra Care for Bradford Metropolitan District Council.

The main responsibilities of this role:
* Support individuals in residential/ Community settings
* To support with daily living tasks
* Document accurate records on digital devices
* Support with personal cares
* .Support individuals to remain independent as long as feasible
