We’re working with a leading healthcare communications agency to find an experienced Principal Medical Writer ready to take the lead on high-impact projects. What you’ll be doing:
* Leading content development across key accounts, ensuring scientific excellence and strategic alignment.
* Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights across therapy areas and publication planning.
* Overseeing and mentoring junior writers, ensuring quality and consistency across deliverables.
* Driving project delivery, managing timelines, budgets and team capacity.
* Building strong relationships with clients, medical experts and internal teams.
About you:
* Proven experience as a Senior/Principal Medical writer in a medical communications agency with publications experience
* Strong scientific background (life science degree; MSc/PhD preferred but not essential)
* Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail
* Comfortable leading teams and managing multiple projects
* Deep understanding of industry standards and compliance
