In your new role as a Cleaner Operative, you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs. Build your knowledge of the cleaning area, work schedule, and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements. You will undertake all necessary training to deliver the cleaning role. You will work within a team and also under your own initiative. Building positive and productive relationships with customers, delivering excellent customer service, and seeking ways to improve and exceed expectations are essential.
To succeed, you should have the ability to communicate and read basic English. Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential. A flexible approach to the role, being open, honest, self-driven, and determined, is important. Reliability, professionalism, and a hardworking attitude are required.
