This role is within our busy Security Control Centre team, delivering a high quality and customer focused service. You will join a team used to working collaboratively with colleagues across the Council to respond to a variety of service demands.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate high levels of integrity, self responsibility and motivation to lead one of our shifts.
Applicants will need to be able to demonstrate knowledge of relevant legislation, good problem-solving and negotiation skills along with an innovative approach, effective communication, organisational and IT skills.
