Job Description Overseeing the planning, execution, and safety of product and system installations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This position reports to the Technical Services Manager and has no direct reports. Responsibilities: Transfer of ownership of Installation Projects from account manager in respect of service delivery Manage and Deliver projects on time, within budget, to quality standards and customer satisfaction Project Planning: Create and maintain comprehensive, full-scale project plans using tools like Microsoft Project or Similar. Acting as the main point of contact for clients, facilitate regular status meetings and distribute clear performance reports and resolving issues. Managing installation teams/subcontractors and resolving technical issues Ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting risk assessments, and delivering toolbox talks. Interpreting technical drawings, plans, and specifications to guide installation Main tasks: Conducting Site Surveys with Customers and Installation Partners Creation of Installation quotations Realisation and co-ordination of method statements and completion of risk assessments Protection of company margin by cost effective resource management Responsible for the effective implementation and compliance of the health and safety policy and associated guidance and process documents to ensure the safety of employee’s and that of others Manage day-to-day client communication, managing the customer's expectations Planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools Effective communication of project expectations to team members and stakeholders Facilitation of both team and client meetings
