About the Role One of my local government clients are currently recruiting for a highly organised Business Support Officer to join our Children’s Services department. In this pivotal role, you will provide high-quality administrative support to the Agency Advisor & Permanence Lead, and be instrumental in supporting the Agency Decision-Making (ADM) process. You’ll also play a vital role in coordinating and minuting Early Permanence Tracking meetings chaired by the Assistant Director for Children’s Brokerage, Fostering, and Permanence. The role demands someone who thrives in a busy environment, is proactive, and has exceptional attention to detail. Key Responsibilities * Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Agency Decision-Making process * Plan, schedule, and minute Early Permanence Tracking meetings and other permanence-related forums * Liaise with stakeholders across Children’s Services to support adoption and early permanence work * Maintain accurate records and databases, including ADM decisions, adoption tracking, and viability assessments * Collaborate with the Performance and Transformation team to ensure records are updated in Mosaic Essential Skills & Experience * Previous experience in a business support or administrative role within a children’s social care or public sector environment * Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities * Minute-taking and meeting coordination experience * Familiarity with Mosaic or other social care case management systems (desirable) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills If interested in this role please send your CV to Lee-Juan at Coyle Personnel Ltd
