Freight Forwarder
Aberdeen
We’re looking for an organised, proactive Freight Forwarder to join a busy logistics team in Aberdeen. If you enjoy coordinating shipments, solving problems and keeping operations moving, this role offers plenty of variety and room to grow.
What you’ll do
* Coordinate the movement of goods across air, road and sea
* Arrange transport, carriers, documentation and customs requirements
* Communicate with clients, suppliers and logistics partners
* Prepare and manage shipping paperwork, invoices and compliance records
* Track shipments, resolve delays and handle issues in transit
* Provide costings, quotes and routing options to deliver efficient solutions
What we’re looking for
* Air, road or sea freight forwarding experience is highly desirable
* We will also consider candidates from internal logistics or transport backgrounds
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
* A customer-focused, solutions-driven mindset
