Job Description
3. Provide financial advice and guidance to key stakeholders within the organisation.
4. Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
5. Lead and manage a team within the Accounting & Finance department.
6. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
7. Monitor and manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
8. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
9. Participate in financial audits and implement recommended changes.
10. Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
11. A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
12. Exposure in a similar role within the public sector - advantage
13. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
14. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
15. Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
16. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
