Supporting two gentlemen in their own home. Completing everyday household tasks, such as cooking and medication administration. Also helping them access the local community with shopping, swimming, attending appointments and visiting local attractions.

About you…….
Person Specification – Essential:
* Be of a caring and empathetic nature
* Be able to drive a manual car
* Be able to support with personal care
* Be able to work on a rota basis, including, weekends and Bank Holidays
* Be able to do sleep-in's on a rota basis (where required)
* Ability to use basic IT systems, for care logging purposes
* English Speaking
Desirable but not essential because we will support and train you:
* Minimum of one years experience in care
* Previous experience within the health and social care sector
* NVQ/Diploma Level 2 in Health and Social Care
* Care Certificate
* Epilepsy Experience
Some evenings, weekends, or holiday support may be required.
All necessary training can be provided.
