Job Description
* Manage front-of-house reception duties, including welcoming visitors and handling inquiries professionally.
* Oversee the smooth operation of facilities, ensuring all areas are well-maintained and safe.
* Coordinate with vendors and service providers for building maintenance and supplies.
* Maintain accurate records of facility-related documents and invoices.
* Assist with meeting room bookings and ensure the availability of required equipment.
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently.
* Support health and safety compliance by conducting regular checks and reporting issues.
* Provide general administrative support to the team as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Facilities & Reception Coordinator should have:
* Previous experience in a reception or facilities coordination role, ideally within the public sector.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in using office software and systems.
* Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.
