Purpose
The Delivery Manager leads complex change initiatives that deliver real business value across business, change, and engineering teams. They take full ownership of projects from start to finish, driving solutions that meet business priorities while balancing progress, quality, and risk.
This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to navigate complexity and deliver value quickly in stages, refining solutions based on feedback and evolving business needs.

Key Accountabilities
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of priority business outcomes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
* Collaborate with Sponsors and Product Owners to define, prioritise, and measure success for all initiatives.
* Develop clear business cases and delivery plans, turning strategic goals into actionable execution.
* Drive delivery progress, managing risks, issues, and dependencies with transparency and accountability.
* Establish efficient delivery structures, embedding continuous improvement and effective stakeholder engagement.
* Build and inspire high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, ownership, and delivery excellence.
* Champion a culture of learning, agility, and shared success across all delivery teams.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in Defined Benefit pensions, Bulk Purchase Annuities (BPA) or Pension Risk Transfers (PRT).
* Strong track record in change and delivery management across agile, multi-disciplinary, and complex financial services environments.
* Hands‑on experience delivering projects across business and IT domains, including pensions or investment platforms.
* Demonstrated success leading multi-functional projects and programmes to achieve measurable outcomes.
* Solid knowledge of delivery methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, and Kanban.
* Experience with project planning, business cases, and benefits management.
* Relevant project, change, or business management certifications (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2, PMP) are desirable.
