Job Title: UK Finance Administrator
Department: Bamboo Medical Communications Ltd
Reports To: Managing Director
Location: Office or Remote considered
1. Purpose of Role
The Finance Administrator will collaborate with sales, project, and finance teams to provide support for project financial data and contract details for all UK-based affiliates (currently Bamboo, HUG and Athena). This role will be responsible for overseeing opportunity and project setup and collecting and maintaining essential contractual information related to revenue recognition, invoicing, and other accounting functions.
2. Key Responsibilities
* Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance of project data across multiple databases.
* Set up all UK-based opportunities in our sales management system, working with sales and project managers to ensure accuracy of setup.
* Perform project setup for all new UK-based projects, including working directly with Finance and Business Development managers to ensure accuracy of setup.
* Project setup including performing quality control checks across multiple systems and interfaces.
* Obtain and review all new contracts and provide to Finance on a routine basis.
* Obtain support for all revenue events and provide to Finance on a monthly basis.
* Support ad hoc requests and miscellaneous special projects as needed.

* Experience working in a professional environment
* Proficiency in Excel

5. Hours and salary
* Full or part time applicants considered (minimum 3 days per week)
* Standard office hours 09:00 to 17:30 (1 hour lunch break)
* Salary £25,000 to £35,000 (pro rata)
