A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced and knowledgeable mortgage professional to join our client, an award winning financial services provider, specialising in Mortgages, Protection, Insurance, Specialist Lending and Wealth Management.
We are looking for someone who can play a "hands on" role, building and managing a team of Mortgage Brokers / Debt Advisors. The successful candidate will have a proven track record within mortgages, able to motivate, train and develop a small team of Mortgage Advisors, with a focus on providing exceptional service to high net worth clients.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with high net worth clients to understand and meet their mortgage needs
Advise clients on mortgage options, interest rates, and terms to help them make informed decisions
Collaborate with lenders and financial institutions to negotiate the best mortgage terms for clients
Work closely with real estate agents, financial planners, and other professionals to provide holistic mortgage advice
Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and lending practices to ensure compliance and best practices
