The Role:
Oxfam GB is looking for a Lead Business Analyst to manage and develop a team and to partner with business stakeholders to Senior Project Manager to work alongside the Project Business Lead to direct, co-ordinate and control an ambitious Digital Transformation Portfolio of work

An ideal candidate for the role will also have/ be:
1. Experience as a senior business analyst on a significant ERP implementation
2. Experience of managing others
3. Experience of working with senior stakeholders in a complex global environment
