If you can demonstrate good attention to detail skills, you could be exactly what the role is looking for. This is not a full‑time position; it offers the opportunity to join a VIP list of Emergency Response Crews that are called upon during planned emergencies within the UK.
Training & Compensation
As an Emergency Response Crew, you will attend 12 days (144 hours) of training at the emergency training college near Oxfordshire at a rate of £14.50 per hour. The total training is valued at over £14,000. All travel and accommodation costs are covered and provided at no cost to you.
Requirements
* Must be physically fit
* Able to stand with heavy equipment for long periods
* No fear of heights
* No breathing difficulties
* Prepared to wear breathing apparatus
* Undergo a DBS check
* Prepared to stay away from home in Oxfordshire for training / refresher course once a year
