JOB TITLE: Campaign Delivery Lead (Onshore Position)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Management of a Cross-Asset Maintenance team (Inclusive of onshore support and offshore supervision where applicable) to deliver Petrofac’s agreed work scopes
2. Observe and adhere to the Petrofac/client safety culture (act as a role model for safety behaviour)
3. Understand and contribute to the Maintenance Team’s performance against the contract key performance indicators (KPIs)
4. Manage a cross-asset campaign maintenance team (onshore and offshore)
5. Proactively identify and implement ‘Best Practice’ across the Maintenance Team
6. Continually identify and propose improvement initiatives
7. Manage the Maintenance Team in order to maximise the effective delivery of Petrofac work scopes as defined in the O&M contract

14. Ensure the Maintenance Team are supported as necessary in order to maintain zero safety incidents
15. Manage a campaign maintenance team, inclusive of onshore support and offshore supervision where applicable.
16. Produce and maintain Campaign RACI charts (and process documentation) for specific client arrangements
17. Ensure planning gate criteria is understood and adhered to
18. Prepare work digitally using the 'Digital Twin' where applicable and prepare digital workflows for technicians to use offshore.
19. Manage all aspects of work readiness assurance process for Petrofac work scopes including actively planning work and liaising with scheduling team.
20. Act as Focal Point for the delivery of cross asset contract KPIs to ensure a consistent performance
21. Pro-actively manage optimal maintenance reporting in SAP to support effective maintenance delivery
22. Manage non-productive time (NPT) and identify initiatives to increase productivity
23. Liaise with other Maintenance Asset teams toprovide an integrated service across all BP assets
24. Attend and participate in relevant Petrofac/Client maintenance and planning meetings/forums
25. Pro-actively contribute, where necessary, to the recruitment, training, and competence of technicians
26. Actively encourage and respond to customer feedback
27. Drive for continuous improvement over all aspects of our service and provide demonstrable proof of actual success to the clients
28. Approve Petrofac PO’s, expenses and timesheets to a pre-determined financial limit
29. Conduct appraisals for reportees
30. Make regular offshore visits
31. Call on support from the wider Petrofac business where applicable to deliver any additional work scopes requested by the Client
32. Sharing of lessons learnt and best contract practices with other Petrofac service line managers and drive continuous improvement for Campaign delivery
33. Thorough appreciation of maintenance operations within an oil and gas environment
34. Appreciation of Control of Work systems
35. Extensive knowledge of maintenance management systems (Maximo/SAP)
36. Extensive knowledge of maintenance practices / procedures / legislation
37. Experience of coordinating / managing maintenance work scopes
38. Understanding of hazardous area electrical equipment standards
39. Qualifications Higher National Diploma or equivalent practical experience
40. In the event of an emergency, carry out such duties as identified in the emergency response procedure or as directed by the Operations Manager.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
41. Minimum 5 years experience within a maintenance co-ordination role in an appropriate industry
