We are seeking a Product Proposition Analyst to work closely with the Product Management team to research and support the development of business cases for new developments, analysing the competitive landscape, opportunities, costs, and pricing strategy.
This role can be hybrid from any of our offices within the UK (50% in Office). However, for the initial training period, attendance at our Bracknell office is expected to allow the individual to work and learn from the wider team.
This individual will support Management teams in Revenues & Benefits and Central Government to define and implement go-to-market strategies for products. Responsibilities include product and competitor research, business case development, price modelling, developing USPs and market messaging, supporting product launch plans and collateral, and ongoing sales support.
Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing to develop product USPs and messaging.
Support internal product launch activities, ensuring understanding of proposition and messaging among Sales, Pre-Sales, Consultancy, and Project Management teams.
Research competitor activity, market sizing, trends, and policy changes.
Support the development of external product launch plans for lead generation.
Work with Marketing to maximize customer value through communications, events, case studies, blogs, etc.
Assist in creating content for campaigns, including presentation materials, videos, newsletters, brochures, etc.
Support the production and approval of Software Release Bulletins and internal briefings.
Assist Sales with bid responses, proposals, and quotations.
Support the management of NEC product roadmaps and the Product Catalogue.
Develop content for the Customer Portal and analyze customer and sales activity to support planning.
Qualifications and Experience:
Excellent interpersonal and management skills.
Experience in product analysis within local and/or central government.
IT sector experience.
Proficiency in preparing diverse written materials.
Good understanding of IT, capable of translating technical jargon.
Qualification in Business, Communications, IT, or similar.
Understanding of the Public Sector and software development lifecycle.
Experience in product marketing, launch management, competitor analysis, and market research.
UK Driving License.
Eligibility for National Non Police Vetting and Government SC security clearance.
