Job Title: Chef de Partie
As a Chef de Partie, you will support the Head Chef in ensuring that the food offered to guests is of a consistently high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and present food of the highest quality within company guidelines.
2. Advise the Sous Chef on foods that need to be rotated.
3. Manage dry store goods and keep the fridge clean and tidy.
4. Maintain strict hygiene control in the section and monitor food preparation areas.
5. Report any hygiene issues to the Executive Chef or Deputy.
6. Comply with resort security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
7. Develop and monitor cleaning schedules to ensure compliance.
