About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a receptionist based at Garburn House Outpatients. The post is for Monday and Tuesday 9am - 5pm.
We are inviting applications from individuals with excellent organisation skills, the ability to work on your own or as a member of the wider admin team. The successful candidate will be able to communicate with staff, service users, visitors and carers in a professional manner. The candidate must be computer literate, able to use Microsoft Office packages, and have a good telephone manner.
Responsibilities
Provide receptionist support at the Outpatients reception. Communicate professionally with staff, patients and visitors. Maintain accurate records and use standard office software. Support the admin team as required.

Person Specification
Education
* NVQ Level 2 in Customer Care - or equivalent experience
* Willingness to commit to continuous personal development
Knowledge
* Knowledge of administrative systems and processes
* Understanding of confidentiality within the workplace
* Knowledge of mental health services
Experience
* Previous experience in customer services or administration
* Previous experience as a receptionist
