We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the Council's Transformation Team as it continues on it's ambitious transformation journey. The successful candidate will take a leading role in the delivery and implementation of the council's transformation programme. The role will co-ordinate and manage some of the council's transformational and innovative change projects and programmes of work. The role acts as an ambassador for service redesign across the council, championing service redesign as key to transformation. The successful candidate will have: vast experience in managing complex programmes and projects experience of change management practical experience in maintaining programme and project documentation experience of leading and managing change in large and complex organisations excellent understanding of risk and issue management practical experience of managing staff and leading teams excellent data analyst skills a project management qualification, ideally The role is hybrid with a mix of home and office working at various buildings throughout North Lincolnshire.
