To this end, NHS Scotland welcomes applications from all sections of society.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team providing secure care services at the Rohallion Clinic, Murray Royal Hospital, Perth. Rohallion represents a unique setting for secure care in that both low and medium secure care facilities are co-located within walking distance of Perth town centre.

We are looking to recruit a Band 5 member of staff who lives by the values of NHS Tayside, to join our Allied Health Profession (AHP) team. Experience within a Mental Health and/or Forensic environment is desirable however not essential. Candidates must be able to demonstrate awareness of current legislation and best practice in this field of OT and be able to articulate some of the current challenges that may be experienced in working in a forensic mental health environment. The ability to work as part of a multi-professional team and communicate effectively orally and in writing is essential.

Applicants must possess excellent communication skills, be able to work as part of team, and be able to demonstrate the ability to motivate others and deal with challenging situations.

Applicants will also be expected to complete the 'New to Forensic' training programme.
