Description
Processing supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Matching invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes
Assisting with payment runs
Reconciling supplier statements and resolving queries
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
Supporting the finance team with general accounts administration
This role would be ideal for an AAT student, particularly someone attending college pursuing their accountancy degree one day per week, who is looking to gain practical, hands-on experience in a finance environment alongside their studies.
