Sanctuary Supported Living is recruiting for a Night Concierge at our Homelessness Service, Selwyn House, Dereham.
We specialise in delivering personalised housing, care, and support services across England to help people live independently.

The role of Concierge includes:
* Being the first point of contact for customer queries
* Building relationships and helping develop life skills
* Handling emergency or challenging situations
* Providing excellent customer service
* Organising and running social activities occasionally
* Health and safety responsibilities, e.g., fire safety checks
* Maintaining security of the service
* Writing and updating customer notes
Skills and experience required:
* Experience working with young people or vulnerable adults, including those with mental health needs or substance misuse issues
* Experience working under challenging circumstances
* Confidence in using IT systems
* Driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential
