Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager - Cuffley (Full-Time, Office-Based) - £54,000 - £60,000
I'm hiring on behalf of a fast-growing construction-tech business based in Cuffley that has doubled in size year on year. They're now looking for a commercially minded FP&A Manager to join their team on a full-time, office-based basis. This is a key hire, giving you direct exposure to the leadership team while playing a critical role in financial planning, budgeting, and project performance. You'll partner closely with commercial and operational teams, ensuring accuracy across project systems (Eque2 & Dynamics 365), while delivering high-quality reporting and insights to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
* Produce clear, data-driven insights to support senior leadership
* Drive improvements in CVRs and P&Ls across a growing portfolio of projects
* Ensure project data accuracy in ERP systems (Eque2, Dynamics 365 Business Central)
* Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packs
* Support board pack and investor presentation preparation
* Implement and refine financial processes in line with growth
* Partner with operational leads to challenge assumptions and add commercial value
* Support with EOM accruals, postings, and project closures
* Maintain integrity and consistency of data across all platforms
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
* Advanced Excel and strong financial modelling skills
* Comfortable working with ERP systems - ideally Eque2 and Dynamics 365
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Highly analytical with great attention to detail
Bonus Points For:
* Experience in high-growth, multi-entity or multi-currency environments
* Sector experience in construction, data centres or technology
* Power BI / Jet Reports / Salesforce experience
* Knowledge of international finance and compliance standard
