General Manager – Exciting new opening Salcombe
Due to Rockfish’s exciting
growth plans we are delighted to be opening our newest restaurant in the
beautiful coastal town of Salcombe, Devon in July 2024. Voted one of the best

our award-winning business as opening General Manager. You will get to
work with world class sustainable seafood, MSC certified or caught and managed
in the Southwest of England. You will be
confident and outgoing General Manager, who enjoys managing and developing
a people and who loves creating engaging and dynamic guest
experiences and have a natural flair for people and true hospitality and have
demonstrable experience in managing restaurants, with the all-round ability
required to continue the success of this loved local restaurant.

· Join us by 1st of June 2024 and receive a guaranteed minimum 3% pay
increase for 2025 and 2026
· Discretionary % of parking will be paid as parking
support allowance for this role
· 40 hours per week in the winter period and 48 hours
per week in the summer period
· Paid overtime (not that overtime is encouraged but we
understand there are times when it does happen)
· 4 day working week in the winter by having Mondays,
Tuesdays and Wednesdays off

Before starting in your new restaurant, we will get you up and
running with an exceptional induction and training programme which includes
onsite training at our training restaurant in Weymouth, Brixham fish market
tour, extensive training plan and in-kitchen experience with our inspirational
top chefs so you can hit the ground running.
You will be required to have
previous experience at General Manager level and able to travel to the Salcombe
location.
