Senior Service Advisor - BMW Dealership, Bradford
As a Senior Service Advisor at our BMW dealership in Bradford, you will be responsible for delivering the highest level of customer experience. You will ensure that every aspect of the customer's visit is catered for in a positive and professional manner. Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the highest standards of courtesy and integrity when interacting with customers and the public.
* Properly qualify and understand customer requirements, advising on estimated completion times and collection arrangements.
* Progress vehicle repairs through the workshop, maintaining effective communication with workshop control to meet vehicle completion times.
* Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and in person, converting these into firm bookings.
* Communicate effectively to keep customers informed about the progress of repairs and servicing.
* Sell products, services, and repair work professionally, ensuring all objectives are met.
* Invoice completed work and handle payments as required.
* Work as part of a team to achieve departmental objectives and KPIs.
* Use dealer and manufacturer systems to capture data and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
* Proven track record of high customer satisfaction.
* A customer-centric approach with strong communication skills.
* Strong IT skills; experience with databases is desirable.
* Ability to work to targets, deadlines, and under pressure.
* Ability to build strong relationships quickly.
* A true team player.
* A valid driving license with no excessive penalties.
