Content Creation: Build digital sales rooms, toolkits, sales collateral, proposal templates, videos/gifs. Proposals: Own Seismic's Proposal Factory setup, templates, translations, and improvements. Sales Training: Onboard and train content owners, run refresher sessions, and deliver enablement sessions. Insights & Reporting: Produce dashboards and reports for leadership, improve reporting processes with Power BI. Governance: Manage users, content, licenses, and system upkeep. Broader Marketing Support: Provide backup for intranet/website systems when needed.🧑💼 The Profile They Want Experience: ~5 years in Sales/Marketing, ideally with exposure to marketing comms and enablement. Skills: Strong communication and empathy for salespeople. Organized, detail-oriented, analytical, problem-solver with a "can-do" attitude.
