Due to our continued growth, we have recently moved to larger, purpose-built premises in Ripley, Surrey, providing on-site tipping facilities to streamline operations and eliminate end-of-day travel. Roles & Responsibilities:
As part of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of tree surgery operations to a high professional standard. Your main duties will include:
Pruning and crown management - including reductions, thinning, and lifting.
Tree felling and dismantling - safely removing trees using rigging and precision techniques
Stump grinding and site clearance - ensuring areas are left clean and hazard-free
Following strict health and safety protocols - complying with industry regulations and risk assessments at all times
Using and maintaining professional arboricultural equipment - including chainsaws, chippers, stump grinders, and rigging gear
Providing excellent customer service - liaising professionally with clients and upholding the company's reputation
What We're Looking For:
Reliable, respectful, and motivated individuals with a strong work ethic
A commitment to health and safety best practices
Relevant NPTC or LANTRA qualifications
A full UK driving licence (essential)
