Working hours 40 hours per week over a 4-Day Working Week
Salary - £28,000 – £30,000 per year (depending on experience)

This well-established Montessori day nursery in Leatherhead is looking for a Level 3 Childcare Practitioner to join their warm, welcoming and dedicated team. They provide care for children aged 0–5 years, providing a nurturing and inspiring environment where curiosity and independence flourish.

About the role:
As a Level 3 Childcare Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting children’s development within a Montessori-inspired environment. You will help create engaging learning opportunities, build positive relationships with children and families, and ensure every child feels valued, safe and supported.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds a Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent)
- Has relevant experience working with children aged 0–5 years
- Is kind, caring and patient
- Believes every child learns in their own unique way
- Is enthusiastic, motivated and passionate about early years education
