Job Description
1. Lead commercial interior projects from preconstruction planning through final completion
2. Manage budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor procurement, and contract administration
3. Collaborate with estimating and design teams during preconstruction to develop accurate scopes, schedules, and cost plans
4. Coordinate and manage union subcontractors and ensure compliance with labor agreements
5. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and inspectors
6. Review shop drawings, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications
7. Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality control measures, and project documentation requirements
8. Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle

The Successful Applicant
A successful Commercial Interior Project Manager should have:
9. Proven experience as a Project Manager on commercial interior construction projects
10. Strong preconstruction experience, including budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor buyout
11. Demonstrated experience working with union contractors
12. Solid understanding of construction documents, building codes, and interior systems
13. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
14. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
15. Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office tools
