We are seeking an experienced IT/Software Asset Management Controller to manage the full Software Asset Management lifecycle. This includes overseeing software acquisition, licensing, compliance, and technology roadmaps. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for software lifecycle management and support commercial requirements across multiple business units.
Initial 6 month contract, outside IR35, hybrid (circa 2 days onsite).
Key Responsibilities
Deliver end-to-end Software Asset Management services, from procurement to license compliance.
Review and negotiate commercial terms, including software license agreements and loans.
Support supplier contract management and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Maintain accurate records of software assets and provide strategic input on technology roadmaps.
Required Experience & Skills
IT/Software Asset Management experience
Strong knowledge of End User License Agreements
Commercial acumen with experience negotiating software-related contracts, and experience with Software procurement
Understanding of procurement laws and regulation
