Architect / Architectural Technologist
Location: Exeter
Duration: Contract - 12 months
Rate: £41.28 per hour (Umbrella)
An opportunity for an experienced Architect or Architectural Technologist to join a growing, multi-disciplinary design team based in Exeter. This contract role offers involvement in a range of complex projects across multiple sectors, with responsibility from concept through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate projects through all RIBA stages
Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams, clients, and contractors
Manage design coordination, interfaces, and technical delivery
Ensure compliance with UK Building RegulationsRequirements:
RIBA Part 3 or CIAT accreditation
5-10 years? experience delivering complex projects
Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills
Experience with NBS specifications and BIM coordination
Confident leading teams and managing client relationshipsFlexible working arrangements are supported, including non-full-time commitments. This role may require security clearance, discussed at interview stage.
