As a Nursery Educator at Kids Inc Nurseries, you will be expected to…
1. Assist in developing and maintaining an attractive, educational play environment in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage.
2. Promote children’s personal, social & emotional development, communication and language, and physical development; contribute towards meeting children’s needs for security, nourishment, stimulation, and rest.
3. Contribute to record-keeping and planning cycles to ensure children receive individual attention and developmentally appropriate support. Regularly complete key children's records within agreed timescales.
4. Work proactively within the staff team to identify and implement activities that extend children’s learning experiences.
5. Create a seamless nursery day routine, ensuring tasks do not interrupt children’s concentration or enjoyment.
6. Recognize the importance of self-development for personal, team, and organizational growth.
7. Understand how your practice influences learners and contribute to their development through consistent role modeling.

Requirements to become an Early Years Educator at Kids Inc Nurseries:
* A relevant qualification such as a Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education, a degree in Early Childhood Studies, or equivalent.
* All staff must undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
* Experience working with young children and strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
