Active Care Group have exciting plans to expand our Care in The Home Division into the Blackburn area, supporting a brand new children's package of care. Therefore, we are looking for Female Support Worker s, to support our brand new young client with complex health needs, in their family home and at school. This role will involve supporting with personal care, medication, moving and handling and clinical duties. We provide full specialist training before you start the role.
