Salary: Guaranteed earnings of GBP60K for the first year; realistic Year Two earnings of GBP100K (uncapped)

Role: Field Sales Executive
The successful Field Sales Executive will be required to do the following:
* Take a consultative approach to sales, providing each client with a solution that matches their specific requirements.
* Attend sales appointments arranged by the telemarketing partner.
* Self-generate new leads from networking, referrals and cold calling.
* Thrive in a fast-paced, target-focused, high-energy and high-reward culture.
* Receive world-class training with a four-week induction programme.
Candidate – Qualifications & Experience
* B2B field sales experience.
* Understand a consultative sales process.
* Ambitious and entrepreneurial.
* Experience self-generating your own leads.
* Used to selling to SMEs.
* A good closer.
* Excellent communication skills and highly organised.
* A full driving licence.
Compensation & Benefits
* Basic GBP30K, guaranteed GBP60K in the first year; GBP90K OTE uncapped; top earners GBP150K+
* Company car or GBP5,000 car allowance.

* Quarterly commission: 0 to GBP200,000 = 5% commission; GBP200,000+ = 10% uncapped.
* Quarterly bonus: achieve 30 deals and GBP325,000 revenue for a GBP5,000 bonus.
