Key Responsibilities:
* Take full ownership of relocation jobs once confirmed by the sales team, acting as the primary point of contact for the client throughout the process, including follow up post move.
* Create accurate schedules and move plans tailored to client needs.
* Acquire and manage all necessary move-related paperwork and documentation, including customs forms, insurance details, shipping instructions, and client inventories.
* Coordinate closely with internal operations teams to schedule packing, collection, shipping, and delivery.
* Liaise with overseas agents, freight providers, and third-party partners to manage logistics and ensure timely communication and execution.
* Keep clients informed at each stage of their move, proactively addressing questions, concerns, or changes.
* Monitor shipment progress and resolve any delays, issues, or disruptions with urgency and professionalism.
* Ensure all moves are carried out in accordance with international regulations and company quality standards.
* Maintain accurate records within the company's move management system
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and respond swiftly to feedback or complaints.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Understanding of customs processes, shipping documentation, and international logistics is desirable.
* Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
* Organised and detail-oriented, with strong time management and follow-through.
* Calm under pressure, solution-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
* Flexible and adaptable to the unpredictable nature of international moving.
* A positive, team-oriented attitude and a commitment to great customer service.
Location: Horsham, West Sussex
Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 per annum (Dependant On Experience) + benefits
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00
