About the Role

We're looking for an ambitious and detail-driven Junior Legal Counsel / Paralegal to join our growing in-house Legal team. You'll work side-by-side with the Managing Legal Counsel, supporting a fast-paced, commercial business where no two days are the same.

What You'll Be Doing
1. Own the contracts: Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements - from client contracts and NDAs to tenders and data processing terms.
2. Be a trusted advisor: Provide clear, practical legal guidance on commercial risks and help the business find smart, compliant solutions.
3. Collaborate and support: Partner with business leaders and internal teams to resolve legal questions and support decision-making.
4. Shape the future: Deliver training, share insights, and help build a culture of strong commercial awareness.
5. Stay sharp: Keep up to date with legal developments, manage documentation, and contribute to ongoing improvements within the Legal team.
What We're Looking For
6. 1-2 years' experience as a Commercial Contract Paralegal or in a similar in-house role.
7. Law degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
8. Strong understanding of commercial contracts and confident drafting skills.
9. Excellent communicator and negotiator with strong attention to detail.
10. Organised, adaptable, and eager to learn.
