Salary: Up to £45,000
Hours: Day-based role (no night shifts)
We're looking for a qualified and experienced Electrician to join the engineering and facilities team at a busy manufacturing site in Market Drayton. What you'll be doing:
11. Maintain, repair, and install electrical systems and equipment across site
12. Respond quickly to breakdowns and carry out fault-finding and repairs
13. Conduct small-scale installations, upgrades and compliance testing (BS7671)
14. Support PAT testing and emergency lighting maintenance
15. Log work and resolutions into the CMMS (HolisTech)
16. Produce electrical permits and supervise contractor activity
17. Support energy-saving initiatives and help reduce site electrical consumption
18. Assist with minor fabric repairs and general facilities support
19. Collaborate closely with Engineering and Facilities teams
20. Complete shift handovers to ensure effective communication
What we're looking for:
21. Fully qualified Electrician (minimum Level 3 Electrical qualification)
22. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certified
23. Experience working in industrial, manufacturing, or food environments
24. Skilled in electrical fault-finding and reactive maintenance
25. Familiar with inverters, control panels, and emergency lighting systems
26. Experience with PAT testing and using CMMS software (e.g., HolisTech)
27. Ability to interpret electrical drawings and documentation
28. Strong communication, planning and prioritisation skills
