Rate of Pay: £16.97 - £22.20 per hour
Summary:
The role is responsible for supporting the successful delivery of the Working Denbighshire programme by ensuring project monitoring, compliance, and administrative processes are carried out effectively. The position focuses on maintaining accurate participant records, supporting project monitoring systems, producing reports, and assisting the Project Manager to ensure programme targets and objectives are achieved.
Responsibilities:
* Monitor and maintain accurate participant records and documentation in line with audit and compliance requirements.
* Track participant progress and ensure information sharing protocols are followed.
* Maintain monitoring and evaluation systems to support project performance.
* Analyse project data and produce reports for management and stakeholders.
* Provide administrative and organisational support to the Project Manager, including meeting coordination and minute taking.
Qualifications:
* HNC qualification or equivalent, or at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Knowledge of grant-funded or ESF-funded projects is desirable.
Essentials:
* At least 3 years experience working in the public, voluntary, or community sector.
* Strong IT skills and experience producing reports and analysing data.
* Excellent organisation, communication, and administrative skills.
* Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and support multiple stakeholders.
