School Administrator Role - Exams and Assessment Assistant

Outwood Grange Academy is seeking an Exams and Assessment Assistant to support the Examinations and Assessment Officer in maintaining accurate pupil tracking of key assessment data and assisting SLT and curriculum leaders in raising standards.

Salary: £21,955.78 to £22,304.20
Hours: 37 hours per week during term time plus five days.

Responsibilities include:

* Assist the Examinations and Assessment Officer with accurate pupil tracking of key assessment data.
* Support the accurate management of all examinations and provide administration and data support to students.
* Provide Business Services with data management and administration support.

Qualifications and skills:

* Excellent communication skills.
* Good time management and ability to multitask.
* Strong IT skills in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
* Experience of SIMS is a definite advantage but not essential.
