Job Description:
Meta is seeking a skilled Media Manager for a temporary assignment based in London, UK. In this role, you will support our media planning and execution efforts, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns. This is a contingent worker position, not a full-time employment opportunity with Meta.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize media strategies across various channels to achieve campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
- Manage media budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in media planning and buying.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience in media planning and management, preferably within a large technology or digital environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency with media planning tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Media team:
They run scaled marketing campaigns
On and off platform - in house ads but also buy ads on other platforms - google, LinkedIn etc.
This team is responsible to put the right msg on these ads.
They run both consumer and business campaigns
Big scaled campaigns - can range to 10M US dollars, e.g.: get 25+ age people to use Instagram, this was a campaign run in the UK and Germany.
They will also have high volume campaigns but less spend - e.g.- identify people who advertise on their platform and get them to spend more.
They are the liaison between Meta marketing teams and media agencies.
Media agencies - publics, spark foundry, dept
They need the CW to help develop and implement a self-serve model for managing these high volume campaigns, so marketing teams can focus more of their resources on big scaled campaigns.
Create the process and make sure it’s implemented.
This CW will be responsible to sit with the marketing team and ensure they are filling the brief properly, make sure the media agencies have what they need and understand the requirements.
Along the way they will also be involved in process improvement, learning and improving as we go.

Running business(B2B) campaigns, Digital campaigns
They need good media agency experience and not sales side
No to PR
Either Big tech or media agencies experience will be okay but need to make sure they are on the media marketing side
