Job Title: Programme Administration Specialist
About the Role:
The Programme Support Officer role has been created to provide administrative support in the delivery of a regional programme in West Yorkshire. The programme includes a one-stop shop providing digital and telephone-based advice for domestic retrofit enquiries across the area.
Your Responsibilities:
* Provide efficient administration across all elements of the programme lifecycle, including finances, programme delivery, documentation, and management information.
* Assist with programme delivery, such as organising meetings, taking minutes, and dealing with local stakeholder enquiries.
Requirements:
* A well-developed administration background, including IT skills and experience with MS Office, particularly Excel.
* Local area knowledge, with preference given to candidates based in Leeds, Bradford, Calderdale, Kirklees, or Wakefield.
* Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
