Greek Bites is a busy Mediterranean restaurant in Chelmsford serving high-quality Greek cuisine in a welcoming, fast-paced environment. We are looking for an experienced waitress/waiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service under pressure. Responsibilities include greeting and seating customers, taking accurate food and drink orders, serving meals efficiently, handling payments, maintaining cleanliness of the dining area, and working closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth service.
