Key Areas of Work:
Business & Financial Crime – Advising on a range of complex corporate criminal matters
Serious Fraud & Corporate Crime – Handling sensitive and high-stakes investigations
Bribery & Corruption – Providing strategic advice in both domestic and cross-border matters
Cartels & Competition – Exposure to price-fixing, market abuse, and regulatory breaches
Money Laundering & Cybercrime – Advising on fast-developing areas of law and compliance
Extradition & International Matters – Supporting clients facing cross-jurisdictional issues
Candidate Profile:
Qualified UK Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE
Experience in business crime, white collar crime, or general crime defence
Ideally trained or worked at a specialist crime or top City law firm
Confident handling a wide range of matters from fraud and bribery to regulatory investigations
