You will collaborate closely with the General Manager to:
* Implement strategies that drive club targets and enhance member experience
* Ensure smooth operations while adhering to health & safety and compliance regulations

About You
As our ideal Assistant General Manager, you will bring:
* Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g., restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility)
* A track record of leading various functions with diverse challenges and goals
* Leadership experience within the leisure industry, ideally in high-volume health clubs
* Experience in financial planning and management
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
