Sales Assistant
We have an exciting opening for a Sales Assistant to join our team.
Finders Keepers is a leading Estate Agency built on its exceptional knowledge and expertise.
This position offers a rare opportunity for you to join us as a novice and learn all aspects of property sales within Finders Keepers. The role will be administration based and you will start by supporting our sales teams across various locations in Oxfordshire.
On the job training will be provided which will result in your progression within our business and eventually allow you the autonomy to generate positive interest in our available properties, book and conduct viewings, negotiate offers and agree sales.
Each member of our team is given an excellent training platform including the opportunity to study for and achieve the industry recognised Propertymark qualifications.

Key responsibilities of a Sales Assistant include:
1. First point of contact for vendors and applicants
2. Management of the applicant database
3. Administrative support for colleagues
4. Arranging and conducting viewings
5. Assisting with proactively marketing properties
6. Sales progressing
7. Ensuring clients are fully compliant
8. Basic diary management
Knowledge, skills, experience to be a successful Sales Assistant:
9. Natural interest in sales/lettings/estate agency
10. Positive and energetic attitude
11. Confident telephone manner
12. Ability to communicate effectively
13. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
14. Willingness to learn, accept feedback and commitment to succeed
15. Full clean manual driving licence
16. Ability to demonstrate initiative and self-motivation and work well within a team environment
