As a Senior Personal Injury Claims Specialist, you will:
Proactively manage a portfolio of personal injury claims from start to finish.
Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company policies.
Handle complex claims, including Scottish, Northern Irish, and vulnerable road user claims.
Mentor and support less experienced colleagues in the Personal Injury Claims Team.
Conduct regular audits to maintain quality assurance.
Negotiate effectively with claimants and third-party representatives.
