Role overview
Fire Extinguisher servicing PPM and Reactive. Install of new equipment.
Key tasks
* Responsible for maintenance of portable fire extinguishers.
* To carry van stock to ensure service is carried out and cover of site is not put in jeopardy.
* To assess site to ensure correct portable fire extinguishers are on site covering all risks.
* Carry out extended services of equipment due.
Service Delivery
* Demonstrate an understanding of what service delivery excellence is for your role, ensuring you deliver the basics right every time and lead a team where service is central to good performance.
Managing Risk
* Awareness of your operational and regulation risks which may impact on your operations.
* Responsibility for reporting to your line manager any risk which may impact the business
Managing Health & Safety
* Conduct any Risk Assessments and Method Statements, compiling reports in line with H&S requirements
* Liaising with the Head of Compliance to ensure any compliance as part of your role is in line with the framework set.

* Understanding of relevant BS to task
* Able to survey for additional cover where required.

Qualifications
* FIA H&S or equivalent
* BAFE licensed
* FIA service and maintenance of portable fire extinguishers.
